Rooted Soul Movement is proud to have a trained, experienced, and decorated staff. Our staff is educated in Sports Medicine and Occupational Therapy from USC Master’s Program. Our wellness coaches are pilates certified and have over 15 years of experience. Our running coach is an Elite USATF middle-distance runner and specializes in individualized programs for private clients as well as small groups.
